Food & Wine Pairing Suggestions -

Domaine Ste Michelle Blanc de Noirs

Sparkling Wine isn't just for celebrations.  Of course, the bubbles do make it more festive, but it definitely should be drunk more often.

Try the moderately priced, excellent Washington State Sparkling Wine, Domaine Ste Michelle Blanc de Noirs (Pinot Noir grape), with:

• Pizza (I'm sorry, but almost anything goes with Pizza...)

• Steak (this Sparking will hold its own against beef)

• Asian Cuisine (either spicy or not)

• Chicken (BBQ or Herb-crusted)

• Raspberries (in the glass or on the side)

• Chocolate Mousse (with a raspberry sauce...?)

• Mild to medium cheeses (Havarti, Smoked Gouda)

Experiment with your Food & Wine Pairings.  Red with beef and white with chicken & fish are certainly safe - but what's the fun in that?
